How To Order

 

Place Your First Product Order To Create Your User Account

During checkout, you will be prompted to create your own user account name and password. 

Your USER ID should be your Farm Credit East email address.

Your PASSWORD should be alphanumeric, and at least six characters total.

You will use this login for all future product orders.

 

To Place An Order

Select the item you’d like to order. On the next screen, you’ll enter the quantity of the item, and select the logo for imprint. You will also select the color of the item. There may be additional order options to select for the item in this section. When complete, click Add to Your Cart. Here you will review your Cart Summary. After you’ve added all of the items you’d like to purchase to your cart, click on Proceed to Checkout to complete the shipping, billing, and payment method information, and place your order.  

Proofs

During production, virtual paper proofs of your order will be reviewed by Farm Credit East Marketing and Communications.

 

Production Time

Production begins immediately. 

Production times vary by item. Generally, the majority of items can be produced within 7-10 days. Some items such as MagLites can take up to four weeks. Embroidered apparel and gloves can take up to three weeks. Shipping times vary by factory location, and will be communicated to you via email for your order.  

Free rush services, or shorter production times, are sometimes offered by various factories. We will take advantage of those for you on an item-by-item basis, as available. We will email you the scheduled ship out date once the job has been submitted to our factories and confirmed. Please note that unexpected delays can arise, and we will keep in touch with you regarding such situations. We use regular ground shipping services, unless you have requested for us to use a faster shipping method. You can indicate that in the Customer Notes section of your order. 

 

Ordering For Specific Event Dates

If you are ordering for an upcoming special event, please let us know that in the Customer Notes section of your order. Provide the latest possible date that you can accept the item(s) in-hands. We want to make sure that we can schedule and fulfill your order within plenty of time for critical dates. We will confirm back with you via email regarding your requested in-hands date.

 

Payment

When placing an order, purchasers can select to pay by credit card (MasterCard or VISA), or indicate the office to be billed. Invoices will be submitted to Concur for payment. Credit card orders will be charged after the order has been shipped, and the purchaser will receive a final paid invoice via email.
